Critical Illness Insurance
Pays a lump sum benefit for each covered critical illness (including cancer) diagnosed on or after the coverage effective date
Disability Insurance
On & Off Job Coverage. Pays a maximum benefit of 60% of income (up to $5000 monthly benefit). Coverage reduced if receiving Workers Compensation.
Accident Insurance
On & Off Job Coverage. Pays cash benefits to you directly for injuries and treatment resulting from covered accidents. Included in all disability plans.
